Mr. Doshi is in the profession since 1977 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was associated with S.R. Batliboi & Co. / Ernst & Young in different capacities for nearly 25 years including as Partner / head of taxation department at Kolkata for a period of nearly 15 years. He has immense exposure both in direct and indirect taxes. He specialises in Corporate Tax, Tax Planning, Cross-border Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Foreign collaboration etc. He has been advising a number of multinationals (includes MNCs engaged in construction of infrastructure, civil & mechanical construction related to massive projects and giant manufacturing Companies) and renowned Indian industry groups on tax matters and has to his credit a number of favourable settlements by the tax department at assessment and appeal stages. He was in the Board of Directors of a Public Sector Bank and during his terms as director was also chairman of the audit committee. He was also a permanent member of management committee while being a director of the public sector bank. He is actively involved in various Chambers of Commerce and was in the Tax sub-committee of ASSOCHAM, Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Indian Chamber of Commerce. His articles and comments on critical issues have been published in newspapers a number of times. He has travelled abroad for professional assignments on many occasions. He is also a member of Rotary Club of Calcutta. He has been appointed the Chairman of BKR International’s Asia Pacific Region and was a member of BKR International’s Worldwide Board.

Mr. Bagri is in profession since 1983 and was associated with S.R. Batliboi & Co. (SRB) till 2002. He was a partner of SRB for last 7 years of his association with the firm. He has extensive experience in Automobile, Paper, Textile, Sugar, Jute, Cement, Mining, Chemical, Pharma, Petro Chemicals, NBFCs and various other industries. Apart from the experience of Statutory Audits, he has also handled Internal and Management Audits of large FMCGs, agro based industries and business valuation exercises. He has also handled statutory audit of Banks. He also has experience in various tax advisory services across sector. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He was the President for the institute’s Calcutta Chapter for 2006-07 and has been one of the members of its Governing Board.

Mr. Chaudhuri has of more than 25 years of experience in assurance services with S.R. Batliboi & Co. (SRB) . He was responsible for establishing the Abu Dhabi assurance practice of SRB. He has extensive experience in Automobile, Paper, Textile, Sugar, Jute, Cement, Mining, Chemical, Pharma, Petrochemicals, Dairy and various other industries. Apart from the experience of Statutory Audit, he has also handled Internal and Management Audits of large FMCGs, agro based industries and has also handled Concurrent audit of Banks. He has extensive experience in setting up and reviewing of systems, controls and procedures.

Mrs. Jhunjhunwala has more than 15 years of experience in assurance and audit related assignments spanning across a wide range of industries. She was associated with Ernst & Young. She has extensive experience in assurance and advisory services with exposure of various industries including Petrochemicals, Tea, Engineering, NBFCs, Cearmic, Government Bodies, Stock Broking, Textiles, Cement and other Industries. She has experience in design and review of SOP. She has also handled various corporate direct tax planning assignments.

Mr. Dutta has more than 15 years of experience in assurance and management consulting assignments spanning across USA, India, South-East Asia and the Middle East. He is a CPA, MBA and Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a BS majoring in Finance, Marketing and Accounting from the University of Oregon, USA. The extent of his work-experience is varied and includes Finance, Marketing, HR, Information Technology and Administration. He has experience in working in the USA, India and South East Asian markets with Ernst & Young.He has also served in the capacity of Head of Finance & Systems for a leading retail brand in India. He has also served as the Vice-President – Strategic Planning for a leading commercial Bank in the Middle East. He has experience in working as National Profit Center Head. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and one of the members of its Central Governing Board and was the President for the institute’s Calcutta Chapter for 2009-10.
